General Info As an exercise physiologist, Frappier has specialized knowledge of how the muscles, skeleton and nerves perform under exertion. He continually researches the precise motions, intensity levels, duration and intervals of workout that will help athletes build speed. In Frappier's six to eight week program, you will strengthen specific muscles that deliver quick forward, lateral and backward motion. You will maintain sprint velocity longer as your body recovers more and more efficiently from acids and enzymes released during quick, intense efforts. Equally important are lasting, beneficial changes that will make your neuromuscular system more efficient in competitive play. Specific nerves will be conditioned to activate fast and forceful muscle response.
